Knowledge is THE resource of Swiss Economy The Swiss Productivity Foundation“ (SPF) promotes and enhances the knowledge community of Switzerland, especially by facilitating productivity of knowledge workers. SPF is the competence center on this subject.

SPF is the intermediary between international the international research community in the field of productivity of knowledge workers and Swiss companies, NPO’s, public sector and the interested Swiss community. SPF builds on its networks in order to coordinate the best findings with a scientific approach from different disciplines.

The main activities of the Foundation are three major actions. The optimal interaction supports Switzerland as a knowledge place, productivity research is activated and last but not least results in better value creation for our State.

1. Initiate and support interdisciplinary research with the national and international Research Community in the field of knowledge worker productivity and aligns international research agenda with Swiss needs & priorities
2. Active communication process with community (Companies, Public sector (administration and politics), NGOs, Public , interested in understanding and fostering value creation based on knowledge
3. Perform services to analyze, measure and enhance productivity of knowledge workers.
